Amazing Service and Well-Run Location! Came here with my family and told my brother-in-law how good Shake Shack is. He accidentally ordered a single instead of a double, and the manager, Karie (or Cari—sorry if I got the spelling wrong!), was incredibly kind and accommodating. She made sure his order was right and that he had a great experience. You can tell she runs this place incredibly well—it’s always a pleasure coming here because of the great service. Definitely gained a loyal customer. Thank you!

I must say, this is one of the better shake shacks that I have been too. The customer service was excellent and the manager was lovely. I would definitely come back here. The establishment was absolutely clean. I couldn't find anything wrong with this place.

Brand new location, we ordered lunch to go, they have kiosks to order yourself for dine in or take out. They also have cashiers and they kept the line moving, quick to order and a bit of wait for food but it was busy! Not bad at all. It is more expensive than other options for quick food but it’s delicious and hits the spot. Friendly staff was very helpful and greeting everyone. For 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 shakes and a tip for the staff you’re looking at about 50. This will be a treat for us when the craving strikes! Plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor seating available. Check the website or their Instagram for coupon codes! They run good promos which can save you some !

I didn't have much of an expectation going to this restaurant. I had been to a few other locations over the years and never had a memorable time, until now. We ordered our food on the app and went inside to eat. We didn't want to take it home. We walked in and we're greeted kindly by all staff. They gave us cups with ice and told us about the triple filtered water station. I was impressed by the cleanliness, the hard working kind staff, and the food. We both ordered a holiday milkshake. Mine was the Apple Cider Donut shake, and my husband ordered the Chocolate Yule Log. I definitely recommend trying both of them. They were incredible. We both got single cheeseburgers, he got the chicken nuggets and fries, and I ordered the Shroom Burger. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasty. Our food and experience were top-notch, and we will definitely be coming back soon, we truly enjoyed our dining experience.

I came here with my family after a 72-hour fast; it was the food I thought about, and that got me through the fast! Every bite of the food was more delicious than the first. There was a slight mix-up in my order, and the manager on shift tonight was very kind and courteous to my family! She made sure that not only was the order made right, but she went out of her way to bring us a box to go for the extra food as well as gave us a coupon for a free sandwich the next visit, which was extremely kind and an excellent move as we will surely come back with the entire family once again! It is the best service and treatment I received in a very long time. Thank you so much for your kindness and fantastic customer service!!

I'm glad we have one of these stores nearby (a half hour drive, but worth it). Excellent burger and shake combo. Shake is really thick with ice cream, the way I remember them when I was a kid. Tasty Shack burger, to which I added bacon (yum). Customizable, too. Clean shop; helpful staff. 2 thumbs up.

Very delicious burgers. They aren’t the overcooked smashburger most places have. These are well cooked juicy burgers even though they are thin. And the ingredients and buns are always so fresh. The fries were less than lackluster. Perhaps 40% of mine were overcooked crisp hard fries. Over 12 for small single patty burger and a small serving of fries is expensive, but for some reason I keep buying them.

We liked everything! I had the bacon avocado burger and my son (9) had the bacon Cheeseburger! We also ordered fries. I had water and he had the cookie and cream milk shake. All was absolutely delicious
